There is still time
If I hear one more person talking about the year being being over, I think I’ll scream.
It ain’t over till it’s over.
As of writing this note to you there are still 54 days, 1 hour and 14 minutes left of the year.
That is 54 days to make shit happen.
54 days to get closer to the dream.
54 days to identify what the hell it is you want (if you don’t already know).
54 days to feel happier, healthier and more in control.
54 days to get out of that ’not sure of how you found yourself here’ situation.
54 days to make a change.
Way too many of us are using this time of year as an excuse. An excuse to make more excuses.
To procrastinate instead of taking action.
So instead of sitting back and ‘waiting’ until 1st January 2017 to do and be different. Why not choose now?
Let’s get out of the overwhelm, out of the inertia, out of the funk and say hello to my more smiles, more laid-back days, and more light.
Yes you can do this even if you have a stressful, high powered full-time job.
Yes you can do this even if 2016 hasn’t been kind to you.
Yes you can do this even if you have 3 kids under 5 years.
Yes you can do this even if you have a combination of all of the above.
Because the choice is yours. Feel better by 1st January 2017 or feel the same as you do now? I know which I’d rather do.
Not to mention, January brings with it so much pressure in the guise of resolutions.
Pressure to make resolutions to change our lives and change the world.
And although I like a big grand gestures in practically every part of my life. This is different. We’ll save the big grand gestures for other things.
With this. We can start now.
With beautiful baby steps.
Small steps that get us closer to our goals.
Small steps that allows us to maintain our other roles as mothers, lovers, caregivers, biz owners and employees *delete and add as appropriate*.
How good would it be, if by 1st January you were well into living and experiencing the dream? Rather than making a whole load of resolutions that in the back of your mind you know are going to be long lost memories by the 14th January.
So please don’t waste any more time feeling those negative emotions and waiting until 2017 to FEEL better.

Start by making a list of all the things you would love to do.
Then choose one, I know it sounds difficult to do but in order to make most of the next 60 days you need to focus, so choose.
Once you’ve got that one, break it down into smaller steps that you can accomplish on a weekly basis. And then break it down even more to daily to-do’s.
Now I know you are all super busy and that’s why doing it in this kind of way makes it more likely to happen.
