Personal and professional development for the many and not the few.

I believe in the power of coaching and its ability to help us to think, be and do differently. Coaching enables us to get out of the confines of our patterns, blocks and social conditioning and move into a space of experiencing the world in new ways. Helping us to realise our potential and take steps to move towards it.

I believe we ALL deserve access to this game changing space, we all deserve to be able to unravel our thoughts, behaviours and beliefs in order to live a life that feels more real, right and true to us.

A systems-lens AND solutions-focused approach.

My approach encourages a holistic view, recognising the connections between individuals and their environments. There's no escaping the reality that systems, whether they be of oppression, cultural norms, work structures, or family dynamics, profoundly influence our actions, opportunities, and perspectives. Much personal and professional development often overlooks this context, unfairly placing the burden of 'fixing' solely on the individual. This approach not only disadvantages those from marginalised communities but also tends to result in superficial, short-lived changes rather than the deep, embodied transformation that fosters lasting impact.

Organisations this way…

Individuals this way…

“Your overall approach and holding space for coaching was super helpful and I found the reflections you offered, opened me up to see 'blocker's that were slightly veiled. I love the aha moments and the genuine essence of your gentle yet affirming approach. I always feel heard by you and for me that's really important.”

“Nicola models what good coaching skills are all about! Asking powerful questions, sharing key insights designed to help me go deeper and allowing me the space to be open to whatever comes up. Nothing is off limits and that is very freeing. I also learned a lot from Nicola about the importance of trust within the coaching relationship. Nicola worked hard to ensure I knew I was in a safe space and that I am in control of the direction that sessions take.”

WORK + LIFE.

Coaching. Training. Facilitating. Supervising.

My work is centered on helping people live to work and live in a fulfilling way whilst making a positive impact on themselves, those around them and the world at large.

I’m an award-winning ICF (International Coaching Federation), AC (Association for Coaching) and EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Coach, Coach Trainer, Certified Coach Supervisor and experienced Creative Strategist.

I’m an Allbright Career Coach and the resident Life Coach for the D&AD Shift Programme alongside running my private coaching practice.

I also love to teach and I’m a Trainer for the Optimus Coach Academy where I guide students on becoming professionally qualified ICF accredited coaches.

I help organisations to acquire, retain and support their emerging and established talent to grow and I work with individuals to help them step into leadership, increase their confidence and fulfil their ambitions for their work and life.

My guiding principle is ‘personal development for the many and not the few’ and its the bedrock of my work.

“Before we started working together I was feeling confused! The obstacle that almost prevented me from saying yes was feeling unsure I was worth it.
I now have a real sense of clarity that was totally eluding me before. I feel more confident and am going to try and edit myself less - just be my whole self!
I was amazed by the epiphanies that happened every week! I wish I’d done this work years ago. Nicola is a wonderful woman who has created a brilliant framework - her coaching has lifted such a fog for me and I’m very excited about what I can achieve now.”
