Are you an ambitious organisation who wants to help their employees work and live well?

If so, you are in the right place. I help progressive brands to support their people to feel more confident in their work.

The companies I work with are creatively minded, forward thinking and bold in their approach. They unapologetically want to make their mark on their industry and the world and they are willing to embark on evidenced and innovative ways to get there.

What can coaching do for your company?

Confidence at work is more than people feeling comfortable to raise their hands and speak up, its their ability to make a real impact, manage conflict, be effective and emphathetic leaders, expand their capacity and resiliency, manage challenges and make meaningful work that matters.

This type of confidence is what takes your companies creativity and impact from great to amazing.

The way I work means I’m interested not just in what your employees do but who they are. Coaching taps into this in order to truly support them to realise their potential.

How I can help

I get it. You care about your people and you want the best for and from them.

You want and need your teams to be working well as this will lead to better innovation, reduced turnover and an improved workplace environment.

You need your staff to be creative, to come up with ideas and see things differently in order to make progress but how are you really supporting them to do this? Your standard wellbeing programmes and mental health awareness scheduling, whilst good, aren’t going to make the significant impact that is required.

This is more than simply keeping your staff ‘happy’, this is a wholehearted focus on their professional and personal development and wellbeing, helping to engender a a sense of fulfilment and ultimately improving your workplace culture.

Coaching is the bridge between an aligned workforce who are behind your vision and a disenfranchised and disengaged team.

If you are serious about truly supporting your team and you don’t have an external coach, then we need to talk. From 121 sessions to curated workshops there are a variety of ways we can work together.

Just some of the things coaching can help with…

  • Increasing creativity and innovation.

  • Moving from silo’d ways of working to a more unified approach.

  • Transitioning the corporate vision from an illusive set of words to something meaningful that motivates staff.

  • Reducing conflict when it inevitably arises and finding better solutions.

  • Reducing staff turnover and increasing staff retention.

  • Helping staff with personal branding, presence and visibility.

  • Increasing productivity in a way that does not compromise the wellbeing of staff or the planet.

  • Supporting staff during times of personal transition from new graduates to returner, pre and post parental leave and retiree’s.

  • Creating a culture of authentic and empathetic leadership throughout the organisation.

  • Creating a cohesive environment and an organisation which is able to hold and manage people’s differences.

What’s next?

  • Read the information available here on my website and if you have time come and say hello on email or LinkedIn.

Get a feel if I’m the person to bring into your organisation/project.

If it’s a yes, move onto step 2 and book a call.

  • I consider this to be the start of our working relationship as this call is designed for you to find out more about me and for me to find out about your organisation.

I can then make an honest assessment if I can meet your needs and for you to gain clarity on where you are and where you want to be.

  • Following our call, if we are a good match, you will receive a proposal from me detailing what we discussed.

If its ‘full yes’ from you then the onboarding will begin with you receiving a digital contract to approve and sign ahead of us officially starting our working relationship.

‘I’m building a culture based on a systemic lens of coaching. This means championing for more listening, more asking questions and giving people the space to explore their individual motivations, beliefs and ways of being within the context of the systems they exist in. This is how we reach a place of serving the collective and personal growth for the many and not the few’.

My mission…

I’m on a mission to bring coaching to the many and not the few and this includes increasing access for marginalised and traditionally excluded groups as well as building it into the fabric of how we live and work.

Coaching is powerful, it expands our thinking, requires us to ask better questions and give more truthful answers whilst creating the conditions to fully hear the responses (from ourselves and others).

Increasing productivity and impacting the culture, people and the profits in revolutionary ways.

This looks like incorporating coaching into how we:

  • Change workplace cultures.

  • Generate ideas

  • Problem solve

  • Managing organisational change and transformation.

  • Demonstrate our creativity

  • Resolve conflict

  • Pitch our ideas

  • Support people in career and life transition

  • Grow successful businesses

There is space for coaching to feature in the very design of these functions. Influencing not just WHAT we do but HOW we do it. If your organisation has the imagination and innovation to explore this further, I’d love to hear from you.
