This experience is designed for people who don’t want or need a one-size fits all approach, instead they want something that is designed for them. Positioning Pure Coaching alongside Creative Strategy means you’ll be able to build your brand, create your work and design your life in a way that puts you at the heart of it.
PURE COACHING.
The pure coaching element is rooted in the transformative nature of ICF (International Coaching Federation) Professional Coaching where you are guided into being, feeling and acting from an empowered place, learning to trust yourself and becoming your own inner guide through a thought-provoking and creative process that helps you to maximise your potential.
CREATIVE STRATEGY.
The Creative Strategy element is about you developing a brand strategy that is aligned, focussed and industry informed. I draw on my 15+ years in branding and marketing to help you create, make and build in a way that fits in with your needs and the needs of the people you want to help. When the creative strategy is combined with pure coaching you have the foundation to truly take inspired action.
As the client, you bring your open heart and willingness to explore and as your coach I bring the powerful questions, active listening and honest reflection and as a Creative Strategist I bring the knowledge, ideas and support.
THE DETAILS.
In this experience, we delve into the why behind the why, we go deeper than surface level and I hold you in unconditionally positive self regard and meet you where you are in guiding you to where you want to be.
The duration.
The experience is designed to be steady and sustainable, allowing time for integration and implementation and so is 6 months long.
What’s involved?
Fortnightly 121 Sessions (45 - 60 mins and we will work out together how this will be distributed between coaching and strategy sessions as this is different for each client depending on your needs).
You also get.
A half-day intensive to start the experience (in person in Allbright Private Member’s Club in London or online)...here we get you set-up and ready. This is where we dive into your intentions, we create a plan for our work together and you start to step into dreams and desires you have for your life, work and brand. A plan that honours your wellness alongside your work and your other commitments so that you can take action in a way that feels good.
AND
As a premium client you also get access to me via Voxer should you need it. We will allocate a specific day during the week when I will be available to respond, answer questions and if need be, coach you. This exists because things don’t happen just every 2 weeks, right? And sometimes you just can’t wait. Here we have a direct line to one another so that I can keep you on track in-between calls. I’m here for SOS pick-me-ups and sanity checks on artwork, ideas, text…the lot!
